You do. I’m pretty sure its everywhere but when i was researching before i was 18 most people won’t tattoo or pierce anything except ears unless your 18 or 16 with permission. I think it depends where you go though i had to show ID 18+ for one lip piercing (getting the other soon) and i live in Aus =) you can ask around though.
