Quit Smoking
Its the weirdest thing I've ever done as an adult.

I started smoking at 17 or 18 and by 23 I was on at least 40 a day (weekend alcohol drinking put the count way up). I decided to stop smoking nearly two years ago, smoke free since 6 March 2004, after 20 years.

I still feel desires for a cigarette. I’ve been told I always will get those desires. They do get shorter and less frequent with time.

If you smoke then never go on about how you must stop and that it is a really dumb habit, you and everyone else already know that. Just enjoy the cigarette and do it as often as you like. Don’t feel guilty, just enjoy the smoke!

When you know it is time to stop then decide to stop. Do it and accept that you have stopped. Accept that you have stopped.

Or have a smoke and forget about it.
