N T is surviving.
but I would like to bring it down to l0 or less a day. Can I? Will I? I would have loved to list this goal as “stopping” or say “3 or less” but I just don’t see that happening yet. One day, but for now 10 or less will do. Perhaps once I tick off other things on my list, it will be easier.
How to start .. I think perhaps writing down every cigarette I smoke for a few days, just to be more aware of when I smoke. Have tried and failed many times .. twice managed to quit for a year but went back. Things still to work through I suppose.
