Workout for 30 minutes a day (read all 5 entries…)

So far what i Have been doing
  • Tap (going strong)
  • Aerobics (I have been on a person hiatus)
  • Hip Hop (recently but made a few classes all ready)
What I plan to start doing daily now to top it off with
Mondays
  • my sit ups and the stepper for 10-15 minutes (Morning)
Tuesdays
  • Stepper for 10-15 minutes (Morning)
Wednesdays
  • my sit ups and the Stepper for 10-15 minutes (Morning)
  • Hip Hop (Evening)
  • Tap (Evening)
Thursdays
  • stepper for 10-15 minutes (Morning)
  • Aerobics (evening)
Fridays
  • sit ups and stepper for 10 -15 minutes (morning)
Saturdays
  • do something active sport/wii/practice dance/ride bike/ hike/ or basic routine if nothing works…
Sundays
  • rest day no activity needed
