Teacup ...looking forward!
This is a goal that I designed for myself...
during a time when I thought it would take exercising a couple of hours per day to get healthy and to my goal weight. I no longer believe that I need to work out two hours everyday to reach my goals so I am giving up this one. This is no longer reasonable for me and I will focus on getting significant daily but will not overexert myself and increase my risk for injuries by trying to work out two hours a day.
