This could mean 12 months ago

finding a new job or changing my current one to better suit what I want my work to be.

There are going to be some changes in my immediate work area over the next few months, so a change in my job is inevitable, and a change for the better is distinctly possible. I’m also going to look elsewhere as well. The more options, the better.

lots of project management opportunities during my job hunt so I’m sure with your experience you’ll have no problem. It’s just a matter of finding the right job.

is very important. My current job is ok, but it could be better. I’m looking at some sort of improvement.
