I ran 15km yesterday, my longest ever run, but it made me realise that i can run the distance, its just a long slow run, tho i needed water SO bad so i might need a camelpack or something along those lines

drink 2 glasses of water 2 hours before your run… and it will help you from getting dehydrated! :) good luck!
