my parents don’t ask much of me. just that i do well in school and remain happy. i just can’t seem to do the first, which causes rifts between parent and son and makes everyone unhappy.
this is the only thing that they’re unsatisfied about, other than that, they’re proud of me. but i just want to give them something else to look forward to rather than me being just a nice son. i want to be a great son and make them proud.
