i really want to do this.

i want to overcome my fear of giving blood so i can save the lives of many. i dont know how to go about this, any ideas?

Just do it

The doctors will tell you if you are fit enough to give blood or not. If they say you are fine, just go for it. think about the person whose life you will save.
