I sware old age slows down your metabolism like a snail. So i am trying to really be dedicated by drinking more water and working out at the gym 3 to 5 times a week. No more 30 minutes but more like an hour at the gym. 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes strength training. I will start off today!!

I’m restarting my cardio program- I let go of my gym membership because I joined a yoga studio, but the weights/ resistance machines help incredibly~
