Just read a short chapter in my book on stress, on being angry, interestingly it said that our culture doesn’t like anger and lots of us try not to feel it, but then it can turn into other things such as anxiety. This struck a chord. The author suggested hitting a pile of cushions with a baseball bat (not being American I don’t have a baseball bat, but I get the idea) and also suggested drawing your anger. A bit off the wall but I like that idea and might give it a go.
