joined weight watchers a few days ago. hopefully i’ll stay with it. it’s beena little hard these first few days. i think i’ll start possibly making dinners for the whole week on one day and then i can freeze and heat them up to eat them later in the week, that way i won’t have to have things that are bad for me and rack up the points.
