I took up watercolour painting last year and did a year of evening classes, which I enjoyed hugely although I found I lacked basic drawing ability. Unfortunately I haven’t found a drawing class and for some reason find it difficult to get down to actually practising on my own. For some reason this doesn’t stop me buying artists’ materials as if I was working on it every day!
