Lose at least 50 pounds

SO BAD! I want to weigh 130.
I need a treadmill. Desperately. If anyone has tips for me… bring it on! I need to lose weight like no other, seriously.

I need to watch my weight also – but I discovered that anytime I tried to focus on that, I could never maintain the discipline. What has been working for me is to slowly change my habits. I’ve started to educate myself on how my eating habits, and daily routine can effect my health. Around 6 months ago, I started changing some of these habits, and I have been slowly losing weight ever since. It’s no miracle diet, and I’m not changing what I eat, so much as how I eat. I’m now down 20 pounds in the last 6 months (with 25 more to go), and I feel better about being able to keep it off. I’m also becoming more aware of how different foods can effect my mood.

BTW – your picture does not do you justice :-) I know you are more beautiful than that.
