exercise regularly
Its now or... 11 months ago

I am almost 31 years old and have never liked my body…I have played alot of sports when younger (possibly to blame for the current chunky thighs!) but party lifestyle, overseas moves, working in an office, work travel, smoking (quit now) all have made routine and motivation just plain difficult and have gotten the best of any attempts Ive made to consistently exercise in the last 7 years. Im a good runner and I love pilates but I just cant seem to keep it going regularly enough to see the benefits… I dont want to just accept being a saggy old pear, I feel its my time to have what I didnt in my 20s, to feel good in my skin and have energy and feel proud of the strength in my body and I know that regular exercise is key to this…
