Thank you. You are so kind and remind me of how people should actually treat each other.

I’ve been busy with Christmas, family, and the whole falala thing. I’ve also been busy fighting the daily depression demons. I win on a very few days, but most days they hold me down and pummel the hell out of me.

The old demons die hard. Winter never helps. It’s just too damn long and cold.

So tell me about all the good wonderful things you’re doing to help other people. You’re living life the way it should be lived…thinking about others instead of dwelling on oneself.

I need to send money again for the girls of Nepal. Do even small amounts help?

I am glad you are back…
sorry it’s been so hard ~
depression sucks!

And… so does the stress of the holidays…and basically too much stress of any days….

I do not think I do so much “good wonderful things” DEAR…. WE are both teachers….so we do that~ and it’s a lot! :)

and basically… besides the trip, which was amazing! I have been posting here, working on my thesis, working in my classroom, taking care of my kids, and battling my own “issues” as well….

we all do ~ but thank goodness…we have our friends…and our families….(even though they may drive us crazy)....

YES… every little bit helps…and thank you for thinking of it….

It is true… when we help others, we feel better…..BUT…. we must also do our own self care…. and part of that is learning to love ourselves….

all interconnected, all related, all a process…..
