Put some actual effort into overcoming depression (read all 2 entries…)
The little things 10 months ago

- keep up some form of regular exercise, no matter what
- engage my intellect
- distract myself when I find myself thinking in circles (anything to get myself outside my own head)
- feed my body, not my emotions
- sort out my sleeping pattern
- go outside every day
- change things, do something different every day, never let one day become indistinguishable from the next

{Turandot} wonders "what about the view?"

nice list

everybody would probably benefit from these

must save this

for future reference!

I particularly like the last point on the list – doing something different every day, although as a creature of habit it’s quite a challenge!

wonders if working my way through the whole new range of Innocent veg pots for lunch counts? ;)

calypte happy weekend, everyone!

it should!

I finally tracked them down, and tried the sweet potato chilli. What’s been your favourite so far?

so far

the results are as follows:

  • Thai vegetable curry 9/10
  • Pea and mint thing 8/10
  • Tuscan bean stew 8/10
  • Morrocan squash thing 7/10

Haven’t seen the sweet potato chilli one yet! must keep an eye out for it…

It has definitely livened up my lunchtimes for the past two weeks trying these out!

calypte happy weekend, everyone!

it's the winter special

and it’s on offer in Sainsburys right now, too!

Sadly, my order of wanting to try the pots is completely reversed from your order of preference – I can’t even try your favourite! :(

jane it's not so bad.

what are these veg pots of which you speak?

I WANT SOME!

they are

these

I’m not sure where you are in the world, so they may not have reached there yet…

I don't know what they are

but I don’t see why not!

The tiniest changes seem to make a big difference when stuck in a rut – anything that breaks routine.
