Goal weight loss for today – 2 lbs
Actual weight loss for today – 2.8 lbs

Not much over, but beat my goal all the same.

Me and three of my friends are doing like a mini ‘biggest loser’ do they do it based on percentage weight loss? Thats what we’re doing anyway.

So to celebrate, at the end (Fri 27th March) we are all going out for a (healthy!) meal together and the winner doesn’t have to pay!

I have lost 2% so far sine New Years Eve.

Reading your “lose weight” entries inspired me this morning to stop making excuses and start using my Wii Fit on a regular basis (hopefully it’ll stick), as well as to be more conscious of what I’m eating and count calories for the day.

Congrats on the 2% loss since NYE!
