At my last visit to the doctor, I found out that my weight is really not that bad. 175 would be great, but 190 is really good too. That means that I’m not 20 over, but actually about 5 – 10. My weight is not a problem. I just need to tighten up my abdomen. I’ve got a new focus now. I will get down to 190 and do some strength training.
