The Sky
It was said by ancient men,
who roamed the forests free,
that the view above ones head,
is the one that you must see.
Not in ancient lands,
or in deserts far & wide,
or in peaks you canny see,
No, everyone has the key.
Not the clever, or the rich,
or the ones that would know better,
But for shepherds & the sheep.
All have this gift to keep.
So praise the Lord,
He cares for all,
The rich, the poor,
the lowly,
But then it would be so,
The beauty’s in the heavens,
Not the glimpse below.
