11 months ago according to my journal entries here I weighed 295. Now I weigh 270..Slow and Steady wins the race! But along with that a new way of living! Its not about Dieting iTs about Eating RIGHT, BALANCED and HEALTHY CHOICES and Getting my butt up and going to the GYM!
Between the GYM and HOME WORK-OUTS I probably work out on average 8 hours a week. I guess that is fairly good ;)
oh here is a key: AVOID SOFT DRINKS EVEN DIET ONES! They make you Retain Water Weight!!
