For some reason this is so diffficult for me. I wash my face in the shower every morning, but at night, I just get exhausted and skip it. But the last couple nights I’ve taken a second shower at night (to get warm since its freezing outside) and that’s how I’ve made this goal happen so far. I think the first step to making it a regular habit is cleaning the bathroom and making it more functional. So that’s my goal for this weekend.
