Positive

Being ridiculously positive is a great thing, I’ve learned to live this way and I’m a much happier person because I don’t worry, complain or argue as much.

I found that removing myself from other negative people and situations helped, although this can be difficult or nearly impossible to do in some cases.

One tip for life…don’t lose all of the negative. Sounds like a weird tip, but nature thrives on balance. Try to figure out where the good negative is and stick with it. For example, you can say no to things and still be positive. You can argue a point you disagree with in a positive way.

It may seem like a silly goal to some, but for me this one was life changing. I did this about 5 years ago, and I’ve gotten through some pretty tough negative situations with a smile on my face (for example, my husband going to Iraq for a year).

Good luck and stay positive!!

Say outrageous things to make other people laugh. Hang around with people who make you laugh. Search out laughter—it is good for one’s soul to laugh often!
