28 pounds to go to reach my Ultimate Goal of 150, I never want to see this goal on my list again. It’s been a loooong road. :)
so how did u start? i need your help like this past saturday i sign up in gym i’m bit worried that i’ll slack off what things they u do to motivate you?
One day I just decided I wanted to lose the weight, at that time I couldnt afford a gym membership or healthier foods so I started walking and cutting back my portions and stopped drinking soda completely; this was 2 long years ago.. But motivation to me doesnt exist, I handed my will over to God and let him lead the way. But everyone is different, I made a foodplan and exercise plan that worked for me and that I know I would follow long-term.

YOU GIVE ME SO MUCH HOPE MY SW WAS 270 AFTER I WEEK IM 264 AND MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 150 SO WE WHERE STARTING OUT PRETTY MUCH THE SAME GOOD LUCK WITH THE REST OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSE I STILL HAVE A VERY LONG ROAD AHEAD OF ME
