Is owning a monkey legal? I would want one but i’m just thinking about Marcel on Friends…..

I do not think so

At least without a permit of some sort but I hear its not that hard to get one. Some are very manly like the one pictured above.

I don’t want a monkey like that! I want a cute one! But when monkeys are angry, they throw their poop at you. In that case…. my grandma wanted to get one for our whole family if we ut our money together!
