I have got to fins some way to be more in tune with my body—and to stretch and move and breath… I am going to try using a DVD I have .. we’ll see if I can manage it that way.

Maybe try putting on a piece of music that you really love, one that makes you rapt when you hear it, and move in rythym to that. It doesn’t matter what music it is, so long as it is a piece that makes you exhale happily when you hear the first bars. It doesn’t matter what you do, Chi Gong, stretches, ham-handed and inept ballet moves, yoga… Whatever feels good to your body when the music is moving through you.
