Buster Benson I need more goals.
A half success.

Working on the ability to focus was itself a part of the program for November, so completing this goal is a bit of a bootstrapped adventure. Here’s what I did manage to do:
- develop a daily morning routine: includes stretching, listening to French tapes, and taking vitamins.
- retry some things that I don’t like: includes going to the zoo, wearing a costume, and trying bars and clubs that I don’t like.
- started going to the gym regularly: includes joining, and then going.
And a few smaller efforts:
- bought some new clothes
- took a trip out of the city to visit friends
- trying to have a conversation with one stranger a day
- calling people I don’t keep in touch with
- work harder
- set two daily check-in points where I remind myself to focus on this goal
I failed at a couple other things I wanted to do, and also thought of a few other things I should be doing. So I’m going to continue this into December.
