This one is my new years resolution and its going well so far. I’m usually the kind of person to just do something rather than argue and it which therfor makes me a door mat. In work I usually try to get everything done even though there is a “team” and it should be a team effort. So I’ve to one side, I’ve put my foot down several times now and said ‘I’m not doing that,I’m doing this’. My friend even said she was proud of me, start as I mean to go on, dont do eerything like you always do, people will be surprised when they see you not doing what you usually do and so they will make more of an effort to help because at the end of night they will want to go home to’. ~
I’m not 100% upto speaking up for myself but its coming.
