as i am typing this entry, i am listening to president obama’s inauguration speech because i missed it on tv this morning. i am a 19-year old college student in the 21st century. i am no longer a young kid; therefore, i cannot just ignore politics anymore. there is SO MUCH going on around us, how can one ignore all of it? i want to keep up with the current events and all that. i should watch the news and read the newspaper regularly. as cheesy as it is, our generation is inevitably the future. how can you trust the future with ignorant people? i need to NOT be one of those ignorant people.
