I've got a regular problem so my standard break from life is in order. 11 months ago

I WILL NOT SMOKE WEED.

The munchies i get screw up my whole diet.
Its so hard though.

Well being vegeterian suprisingly put a stop to a lot
of unhealthy foods i have endulged in, in the past so I’m happy about that.

Eating healthy is easier for me then finding time to work out.

So from now on if its a reasonable walking distance
and the weather is tolerable i shall walk to
my future destinations.

I would have no problem working out at home
but my brother has moved back in
and he makes fun of my weight quite often.

I know he would say something rude if he saw me working out.
He’s 22 so i don’t see why he doesn’t
have the maturity or support older brothers should have for their sisters. But thats a-whole-nother bag of problems. Haha.

Sometimes i get discouraged because i have tried dieting
and working out and failed to keep doing
so. So im really gonna try my hardest to stick with this.
Anywho, plans for tomorrow:

Breakfast:
Quick Breakfast Taco.
- 1 egg, 70 calories
- 2 tbls Salsa, 10 calories
- Pinch of cheese, 55 calories
- 1 tortilla, 110 calories
- 8 ounces of orange juice, 90 calories

Total Calories: 335
Total Calories from Fat: 135

Lunch: Chicken Sandwich
- Chicken (cooked with a cilantro, butter mix), 160 calories
- 2 pieces whole grain bread, 150 calories
- Vegetables (lettuce, tomatoe, etc), Negative Calories
- Bottles Water
Total Calories: 310
Total Calories from Fat: 90

Dinner: Mini-Chickens (My Dad wanted to make them)
- Mini-Chicken, 280 calories
- Salad (lettuce, tomatoe, onion, cucumber, etc) w/ 2tbs Italian dressing, 80 calories
- 8 ounes 2% fat milk, 140 calories

Total Calories: 500
Total Calories from Fat: 285

Grand Total Calories: 1145

Sounds like a plan.
