I have Carmen Electra Striptease and a Yoga one. That’s it. I would need more variety than that!

Jackie Warner (from the show “Workout” on Bravo) has a DVD that is more like personal training sessions so you’d probably see faster results. Have you ever tried pilates? It’s fun and really tones your core.

I can't think of

any execise DVD’s off hand but I will give it some thought. Do you really need a DVD? Why not just pick some exercises and do them at home? If you are fighting boredom, you could play a music CD while you are doing it.

Also, I suggest you try jumping rope. Nothing gets your heart up as quickly as it does. There is a woman, Renee Bibaud, who is a former jump rope champion. She has a web site here http://www.jumpropenet.com/

If you don’t have a jump rope, make sure you get one that is the right size for your height or that can be adjusted for length. One very important aspect of jumping rope is using the correct length rope. Also, while jump ropes are generally cheap, I suggest you invest a little more (i.e. around $15 – $20) and get a rope that won’t tangle as easily.
