i feel soo huge.. my weight is 168 and it just wont go down:( im 15 and im tryin to lose 35-40 before my 16th birthday. can anybody help?

A doctor once told me, when it comes to weightloss, exersize is the key.

So the best way to lose weight is to eat healthily and exersize regularly.

This means:

Eating

- Eat around 1500 calories a day – lower and your body thinks there is a lack of food, so any calories you eat it stores as fat for later.
- Lots of vegetables (bare minimum three portions, one portion is about 80 grams)
- Two or three portions of fruit (vegetables are more important than fruit)
- Minimise the amount of fizzy drinks and processed, packaged, junk food in your diet.

Exersize

- Ideally 60 minutes a day, but start gently.
- Start with 20 minutes three or four times a week. It should make you reasonably out of breath, but not too much taht you can’t keep it up.
- Increase it every two or three weeks, or when you feel ready.
- Some ideas: walking, jogging, swimming, doing a fitness dvd, trampolining, ice skating, tennis, badmington, basketball, football; picking a sport you enjoy is a good idea, so it doesn’t feel like a chore to do it.

i just noticed

one of your goals is to get better at tennis, so i guess you are already doing tennis, thats a great start.

And congratulations on losing the 22 pounds so far, thats great!
