Incredibly easy
My recipe book is growing. I’ve wanted to do this since my mother sent me a crockpot in the mail, and I had an opportunity with chicken on sale at the store. So I picked one up, threw it in the crockpot with some onions and garlic. The first one wasn’t so great, I think because it didn’t have enough stuff in with it. But I made another with thyme, garlic, and rosemary, put it on high for 1 hour and low for 5, and it was perfect. The meat fell off the bone, and was so good.
