Its back again and I hate it. My girlfriend has left me now she says Im always down and I make her down. She is probably right. Dont know what to do anymore just know I cant give up need to keep fighting it.

I’m doing well now I av been thinking alot more positively and tried to stop all negative thoughts
hope you are ok and stuff

I actually went to my G.p on wednesday
and he said its severe depression its madness thou because i haavent a clue how its happened.
Theres just nothing wrong in my life there has been in tha past but ive fought it and its never got me down this bad.
Its so strange.
Anyway.
Hes gave me these anti depressants called cipralex.
And luckily enough ive been on them sfor 5 days now and havent had side effects and i feel kind of a bit better.
So Im made up now Haha!
I just hope i dont get this bad again its horrible feeling like youve lost self control.
