3. Cedula
On my calendar, this is scheduled on Monday.

4. TIN Number (formerly BIR)
On my calendar, this is scheduled on Monday.

Note:
All the papers scheduled on Monday, I will get on my own. I’ve realized that if I wait for my next company to provide them for me, it would take a lot of effort and I will not have the time anymore to process them. So, while I’m still here in the province, where the lines are not long, I will get them already.
