I have been drinking 2 cans of coke a day for about a month now but i have gone cold turkey for about 1 week now so it is going good

any tips?

My boyfriend has this problem too and has tried to stop drinking coke. Do you substitute some other drink for coke? He drank fizzy mineral water but when that got old he went back to coke.

Well done by the way. Coke is really bad for you.

Substitute coke with all kind drink not just one specific one, have carbonated water, mineral water, juice and my personal favorite alcohol. I hope this helped tigerbear
