Today is day 10! Wooohooo!

Okay first things first. From an objective point of view (if that’s possible) if I didn’t have things I was planning to do next week, I would probably stay on the cleanse longer. My tongue isn’t so coated, but it’s still not pinkish. The AM BM are still full of “stuff.” And my eyes were kind of swollen this morning. I guess more than I suspected, my body has more to heal than I thought it did. I normally don’t drink alcohol, but when I was in Europe the last 3 months, I went out a lot and drank a lot of alcohol. I think that’s a lot of what my body is trying to process. Or maybe my body was more efficient this time at eliminating stuff. I don’t really know at this point.

But I really want to start eating again. :) I will probably do another round in 3 months.

I am really happy that I got a chance to finish. This will actually be my first time to come off the cleanse properly, too. So this will be the first time I will have a full day of OJ, post cleanse day 1! I put my body through the ringer these past months since the last cleanse, so I’m glad I got to complete it this time. I think the next one I do, I will probably go for longer.
