I have a really nasty Pepsi, Red Bull, Amp, and Rockstar addiction. If I ever have a choice between those and anything else, I’ll always go for one of the 4 (except for whren I’m eating spaghetti… then it’s milk).
I’ve tried the whole “drink half your body weight in water” thing, but I have a habit of either forgetting to refill my cup when I run out, or just crave the sugar that my favorite sodas have. I know that this ties into my married belly goal, so I just need to learn to fight off those soda cravings, stop justifying them with “well, other people drink coffee, and that’s just as bad”, and make it a point to drink more water.
Maybe one of those really big bottles would help… or maybe getting one of those huge 64oz cups that I just have to fill twice, and that should more than cover my preferred water intake.
