But not the right way...

I’ve lost at least 20 pounds since I started this goal. Im still overweight at 150 lbs and I hate the way I look. Part of it was getting more active (required PE course)...but ever since I got to college two years ago, I don’t eat as much. Reverse Freshman 15. Actually, I barely eat at all. I am really homesick and suffering from depression. I’m vegetarian (low iron to boot) and I hate my school food, and I don’t like eating in front of a lot of people. All I want is my mom’s Indian food. These are problems I’m working on.

I also messed up my knee, so that has really cut off all activity. My left knee gets sore after even 30 minutes walking and a day downtown means a night of locked up knee. I hate this!

I do live in a dorm, but my small school requires all dormies to by Commons food. Ironically the food is made fresh and whatnot, not your average frozen mac and cheese fare. But the vegetarian entree is always over salty or greasy and not worth the price. I end up eating salads because I can’t stand the smell of the grease.
