wake up at 7am every day (read all 3 entries…)
7 days and counting.. 10 months ago

I’m really sticking to this! Since last Tuesday, I’ve woken up much much earlier i.e. 6am so that I can get to the gym by 6.30am.

All i need to do know is to keep this up for 30 days :o)

p/s: I do get a little sleepy during lunch hour though.
