The time has gone by so quickly! I’m already into Week 7 of my 10 week training plan.
When I started running 4 minutes then 5 minutes at a time it was difficult, but strangely, it’s not that bad to do 6 minutes running… Next week, I go from 6 minutes to 8 minutes so that will definately be a shock to my body! Then from 8 minutes there will be another jump to 10 minutes.
It is going to feel like a huge accomplishment to be able to run 10 minutes at a time! I’m really curious to see my 5 km race results after all of this training that I have been doing! :-)
