Finding motivation

I aim to swim 3 times a week and the odd session in the gym. I want to feel fitter, have more energy, feel more positive within myself and lose a couple of pounds. The only thing stopping me is my motivation or lack of it. I will make up loads of excuses not to go and then feel guilty afterwards. So today I want to change this and get off my butt and go for a swim.
