I’ve managed to be able to do the two sets of girl-style push-ups (i.e. knee push-ups) during the “30 Day Shred”: Level 1 workout, but I want to be able to do at least a few properly.
This article, Getting Passed [sic] ‘Girl’ Push-Ups, looks interesting. Even if it should be getting PAST Girl push-ups. :L
