do yoga regularly (read all 7 entries…)
I am realizing more and more 9 months ago

how much this will actually enhance my martial arts. I haven’t done yoga in so long now (blah blah injury blah blah) that I am very stiff and tight. I have been trying to perfect my front forearm snap, and for that you need to be very loose and relaxed. Even though it is getting better and I can pull a nice one off every once in a while, I think doing the yoga would help me be able to loosen my muscles to do it right more consistently.

Hmmmm. Veddy veddy interesting…

You are right. Being tense is not fun. I can’t believe how much I need to stretch and don’t do it!
