When I was visiting South Africa I came across a place called the waffle house. A beautiful quaint building near the beach and it had a small pond with reeds and a ‘jesus’ looking man sat in the middle of the lake playing a flute with the most spiritual music I have ever heard. A wooden path led to the beach. They attached a small gallery of arts and crafts to the the restaurant. To this day I dream of having my own and I’m always walking around with one eye open just in case!
