music_maker is finding himself
so i made a start
my first bit of excersise was when i went out for a surf on sunday afternoon, doesnt sound like much excersise but all that paddleing soon tires you out, we did an hour and a half surfinf and the same boddy boarding which is constant kicking with the fins (in the surf conditions we had)
today i set out jogging on a lite rout i used to run last year, i used to get round and home not really be that out of breath, today i never even made it home without habving to stop and walk the last bit!! shows how out of shape i have got, but its the first day of many!
