... and I’ve been thinking it would be a great idea. I need to rid myself of all the sugar I’ve been eating, the caffeine and fat, all of the icky foods I know are terrible for me and I have slowly been adding back to my diet.
SO. I’m going to start out with a strict detox for one week starting on Sunday: based on raw fruits and vegetables, LOTS of water and lemon water, herbal tea, pumpkin seeds and brown rice. I’ll slowly add back more healthy things, and live at the health foods store.
I’ve never actually dieted before; Give me the will power!
