So, I’m learning Hindi. By “learning” what I mean, of course, is that I’m going through the initial stages by stumbling over the Devanagari alphabet like a fool.

But I’m lucky. I’ve already learned Arabic (and used it professionally), so I have a rough idea of how to go about this. What’s more is I have a teacher who taught himself the language, lived in India, and still uses it to this day.

So off I go!
