Ok, that’s how my exercise routine looks like:
1) Everyday:
Yoga mornings (thanks to kcaddy for the idea and the lovely name);
Sit-ups (starting with 40 and going up to 100);
Jumping Rope(starting with 2 minutes and aiming to 10 minutes at a time);
Dancing – anytime I feel like doing it.
IMPORTANT! If anything else fails… At least 30 minutes of walking daily – even in the coldest weather!
2) Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
Yourself!Fitness (starting with 15 minutes workout and working my way up to 45 minutes).
3) Tuesday and Thursday:
Striptease Aerobics.
That is what I am able to do here and now; also I would like to attend the aerobics class in my town when I become fit enough to not feel an outsider; and I also plan to go swimming during the summer.
