I usually set this goal as a new years resolution, this is the stage where it fails. I can usually do 3 times a week, but once exams come in or I’m overloaded with projects, I break it. It becomes one a week to none. The shame is I love the natural high from exercising and being active. I need to work on keeping it routine.
